Tickets Bolton Wanderers v OUFC Ticket Thread

This is painful, trying to buy 10 tickets across season tickets linked to my accounts, want 22 in total and pick categories and assign and every ticket shows as unavailable
It probably thinks you want 22 in a row, which are probably not available. Might have to break it up?
 
I think this is a technical constraint. Maybe the club were expecting the 'network' functionality to allow this too. Either way it either needs changing or explaining so people who've never setup logins have time to do so
This is the issue I had too by the sounds of it. I was looking to buy 10 x tickets using the season tickets of myself and my ten year old son. My son has had a season ticket since Christmas 2018 when he was five and has always been linked to my season ticket account. I have always been able to renew our season tickets on my online account and buy reserved seats (e.g. Arsenal Jan '24, or Play-Off home leg last week) using my account, with him setup on my network as an account I can manage. The club has never had an email address for him on file (he didn't have one when he was 5!) not sure how I was ever supposed to be able to login to his account in order to buy these tickets.

A further issue which makes no sense. It took me 2.5 hours to work around the above (my brother was able to login during his lunch break and we bought adjoining seats whilst logged in on different laptops to ensure family seats were together). When I tried initially at approx. 12:20 best seats available were blocks 139 & 140 (corner blocks Cat 4). I tried again approx. 1 - 130pm and best available were approx. Cat 4 corner blocks 128 / 127. First try with my brother was around 2pm block 125 (cat 2) and when we got it sorted it was in Cat 2 (front rows) block 123.

What kind of process is it where better seats are available later - note @Manorlounger 's points about middle tiers still not being available this evening - it's lazy ticketing from Wembley, treating League 1 play-off final like it was FA Trophy or NL play-off rather than one where any of the League 1 teams (Barnsley, Bolton, us, or Posh) would always fill up Tier 1 and Tier 2 for this match. It was so bloody frustrating today and getting better seats at the end of it only added to dissatisfaction at the process.
 
I bought 5 in one transaction
And then 1 in a second transaction.

Just been back on to see if I can get any more, and it would let me get all the way to payment stage with another 2 tickets.
So I think it really is just 6 per transaction, so could do multiple orders.

Thanks. Worked for me. I bought 4 in one transaction, logged out and then back in and purchased another 3. 🙂

Purchase a max of 6. Then sign out, log back in and then purchase another 6. Worked for me.
 
It's not that as only got 10 in basket
It's only possible to buy 6 in one transaction (confirmed in the club FAQ's document available on the website press release about tickets)

Any more needs to be done in multiple transactions. Probably best to get someone else to log in as you on a different device and hold other seats to then checkout as another transaction.
 
I must say, the ticket prices are a bit expensive.

I bought mine earlier, although I had confirmation on my email about the tickets been purchased with the seat numbers but there are no attached tickets for printing. Has anyone else experienced this?

It say on my confirmation "Your tickets for this event will be avaliable later towards the day of the game via email and mobile tickets. More details on the delivery of your tickets will be made via our official club website."

And the OUFC website says " Due to the large volume of tickets needed to be sold and dispatched in such a short space of time, and following advice from the EFL, all tickets will be DIGITAL ONLY for this fixture. Tickets will begin to be dispatched from 3pm on Tuesday 14th May, subject to sign-off from the EFL and Wembley."
 
Admin - is there any way of pinning a FAQ's type post or thread in relation to tickets.

Must have had the question about "restrictions apply" over 20 times in this thread so far.

Sorry for asking a silly question. When it's DIGITAL ONLY is this for phones only or can you print up the ticket as well?. I do not have a posh smart phone.

You can either print at home or download the eticket on to your smartphone.
 
I reckon weve sold about 15k. middle section is selling fast for whats been opened thus far,
