I think they'd have been above Barnsley on goal difference if they'd got a win.

They'd have been in on goal difference, finished three points and one goal behind Barnsley which would have been swung to at least one better had they won.

A real shame for them.

Once I knew they were not a threat to us I just forgot about them, much like the rest of the country has about the town.

I do remember one of the donkey lashing spice heads saying that if we finished a place behind them we would be promoted, who knew 9th place was an automatic spot.

Whatever happens the playoffs should be entertaining this year. In the 12 league games between the playoff teams this season there have been 40 goals.
