Sam Long? Surely if according to some if we are getting a left back in we don’t need another right back as we already have 2 eg Long and Anderson.

I think we've all but concluded Long isn't a good enough right back, plus, he's one of our better performing central defenders at the moment. I'd personally love to see Anderson further up, he has the pace to frighten back lines.

I’d agree.

We’ll need a new right back for next season, but a striker that suits the system, a winger (because we have 3 ongoing fitness concerns), a central midfielder (because we have zero depth) and a left back (because Seddon will leave and Brown isn’t a natural there) should all be bigger priorities.
