Just had this email from the club shop, be aware if ordering any shirts with name prints for Christmas. Thankfully I don't need the shirt in a hurry.
Hi,
Unfortunately, there has been a delay in despatching your order as we are currently experiencing delays with receiving shirt print from our supplier.
We are working with our EFL licensed supplier to resolve these delays and the latest update we have from the supplier, is as follows: OUFC will have a full selection of print available by Monday 18th December. We will then prioritise all outstanding orders and despatch via a 48 Hour Service with the Royal Mail.
However, as the delivery of the shirt print is out of our hands, we cannot guarantee a pre-Christmas delivery of your order (if printed). There are a few options we can offer:
1. Await delivery of shirt print and we will print your order as requested.
2. Despatch your order as soon as possible, then you can return your shirt to us to be printed once print has been received.
3. Despatch the shirt you have ordered without print, we will then process a refund of £15 for the shirt print.
