Current Player #16 Tyler Burey

Wouldn't be surprised if we don't see much of him for the rest of the season, attitude stinks by all accounts. Based on ability from the little I've seen he's got electric pace but overall he's behind Goodrham, Murphy and Dale anyway so if he's not willing to work then forget about it.

Why does his attitude stink?

Why does his attitude stink?
Well Millwall got rid of him because of it , He hardly played at Odense and with a great chance to reestablish himself he has obviously not covered himself in glory here after a few weeks.
Lots of talent but something is holding him back and that looks like a poor attitude.

Lucky we haven't bought him then isn't it - the same was said of Murphy many times attitude wise- but who knows Burey may still have a part to play

He was racially abused at Millwall and reacted.
Not much game time after moving to another country at 23 years old and not being picked by Des hardly proves he has a poor attitude.

Of course not , Millwall in a massive relegation battle , Odense in that footballing hotbed of Denmark and now Des who played him before not even picking him despite Des being under pressure for results only points one way.
He is 23 not 17/18 .

I’d say it’s probably easier to manage Dale, Goodrham, Murphy etc, hence Burey not playing.

His attitude is keeping him out of squads but from what I've seen the three you mentioned are also all better than him anyway. No huge loss.
Lots and lots of pace, but struggles with any sort of end product was my evaluation of what I've seen so far, agree with you that the other 3 have produced more, even if I actually hate Goodrham as a winger (slows the game down too much imo)

Agree. Pace is always handy and I did think he put in some dangerous crosses to be fair but he also didn't seem to know where he was supposed to be a lot of the time. He also looks pretty timid a lot of the times the polar opposite of someone like Dale who will make life difficult for defenders even if he's not on his game.

Attitude is needed to get you noticed, but if you f**k off people then it’s going to get around. Once you have a reputation you can kiss goodbye to a move to a successful club. Sounds like he needs to lose the Billy big bollox attitude, he played for Millwall not Man City.

Even if there are issues behind the scenes then I think that these are best kept in house. Loans don't always work out for various reasons but other clubs will be looking at how we manage young players. I'm not sure there's anything to gain from publicly calling him out other than appeasing a couple of fans.

If Des called Bruery out in public then you know it is the same people who want that will be the same ones saying Des is out of order for throwing a player under the bus.
It also does nothing for team moral.

I’ve mentioned before but I was at a club when a fans favourite was costing the team every game, teams were targeting him every game but because he ran around a lot and looked like he was trying the fans loved him, the manager came into the office after 1 game fuming and said that he will get me the sack if he carries on. He never publicly slated him but the next game he got dropped, the team won but the fans turned on the manager for dropping him.

This is sometimes the problem as players that fans might think is doing well just by running around, is actually the root of the problem. Fans though are set in their ways and it is very hard to change opinions. We have seen plenty of those over recent seasons.

Uuummm… and to whom are you obliquely referring?
