The biggest issue with Beadle being recalled is if Eastwood is in goal come the Carlisle game. That would show a real lack of planning from the club. I’d argue it would be nice for a new ‘keeper to get a run out too before a league game but these things don’t always go to plan..

I thought as a side we went into a different gear when Branagan dropped alongside McGuane after JM was subbed off. He was doing an adequate job for the team higher up but we are a completely different side when he is at the heart of it, and he began to run the game.
