KR is not a fashion icon‘White trainer Wally’…?! f**k me, I’m guessing you’re over 60 then, it’s called fashion by the way..
Dean Holden was the worst offender- tight suit, white t shirt, massive trainers (and yes I’m old, what of it?).KR is not a fashion icon
He’s going to be piiiiiissed when he realises he’s missing the Big Brother final.
He’s gone to the bloody youth team game tonight.
Oh, Des…
And England on the box! He’s going to be piiiiiissed when he realises he’s missing the Big Brother final.
Stop it, Des. You’re perfect. We get it.
He’s gone to the bloody youth team game tonight.
Oh, Des…
The England game is like us struggling to break down the likes of Port Vale, only not as excitingAnd England on the box!

I'm guessing we paid the full release clause (whatever that may be) based on Tim's comments.Friday Night Sport - 17/11/2023 - BBC Sounds

Having worked with Martin Keown in the past, who's also an Oxford lad, there are some similarities. Maybe you're hearing the same? His accent reminds me of someone well known but I just can’t put my finger on who it is !
There are bits of Oxford in there, but he sounds (unsurprisingly) like someone who's lived abroad for quite a few years. His accent reminds me of someone well known but I just can’t put my finger on who it is !
No reason we should.I really hope he does well - he seems to have already achieved God like status without having actually done much! What if we lose the next 3 games?
Perhaps the first "must win" of the season, you could say...No reason we should.
Cheltenham away? We really should be looking to win that one
Yeah that’s all sounds very good but according to some he’s a wally who wears white trainers… I mean, what is he thinking?!This all feels like it could be too good to be true; Local boy, Oxford supporter with strong ties and a history with the club suddenly comes home (while also being a young, brilliant, forward-thinking coach who plays attacking football) and leads us to the Second Division and a new, state of the art stadium. Someone wake me up…
The next few years could be an amazing time to be an Oxford United supporter. Or, it could all go wrong… Des, for God’s sake win games!
