Agree with every word of this. Two big questions remain now:

1. Who will he bring in for his staff?
2. Given yesterday's OUFC Twitter chat, any news on what is his favourite chocolate bar? I imagine it's quite a classy choice like Tony's Chocolate (vegan dark chocolate hazelnut crunch) or maybe a bit of Hotel Chocolat.

1. I imagine he'll keep most of the current team for continuity, but maybe we're looking to bring one more in.
2. Hopefully not Instant Regret! Although, having lived in Mumbai for a while, he could probably handle the extreme heat.

Bespoke tailoring I imagine with a nod to sustainable materials and heritage. Tweed a very good shout. Maybe paired with incongruous trainers and a wet shirt (even when it isn't raining). I think when it seemed to be down to Des, Williams, Eustace, Crofts and McCarthy that it would be very easy to make a positive argument for any of them, likewise you could also have reservations about any of them as will always be the case. I imagine Des was the priciest choice and likely substantially more than someone like Eustace who I think a lot of fans would have been happy with so he must have been incredibly impressive. Agree, it's incredibly exciting.
