If your driving up to Shrewsbury from Oxfordshire on Saturday I was up at Telford a couple of weeks ago . There's a couple of roadworks en route but not to bad, recommend Fallow Field Hotel ,Telford ! Restaurant and Bar in separate building on site .

Tough game would take a point. Would like to see Goodrham start, he's ready. Bodin will be back which adds experience. Hopefully he's well rested.
goodrhum is ready for well earned loan, as the next stage of his development. Having to play the men's game week in week out, wasn't part of his development program, when it was drawn up initially. It's weekly football he needs, to give him the chance of earning a place in our starting 11, if he shows the skill level, on a level playing field with other squad members.

He can't be loaned till January now but at the moment he's a favourite with the manager so it was never on the cards for this window

Darren Drysdale, 51, is Saturday’s referee. Drysdale is a Sergeant at RAF Waddington, Lincs.

For those craft beer connoisseurs amongst us, over the road from the Wild Pig pub (closest pub to the ground), hidden away behind the petrol station in a small trading estate, is Rad Beers tap room with the choice of >450 different beers. Limited on numbers allowed in but if your a craft beer fan it's a must visit.

I'll be there, even though I predict a bore draw. They are always hard to break down at home, we're not creating much but we're not giving away high quality chances either.

Despite the sniping, their manager is really good. To keep Shrewsbury at this level on their budget, a lot of it from a hospital bed, is remarkable. They could do a lot worse!

I think this is my fifth trip to Shrews! More than any other away ground.

Apologies if this has already been covered. On the OUFC website, it says that you can pay cash on the day. I'm presuming that this means that we can pay on the turnstile at the away stand, rather than at the ticket office?

If this one finishes level, are there extra time and penalties for the Kip Kup…?

Why’s that? If we get players back he won’t feature as much but with the minutes he has been getting would of thought that might attract decent national league team.
He's one of the manager's regular changes lately and may well be used in the EFL Trophy games from the start to see how he develops
