York City bonkers......

Big more than handbags at dawn it seems!

damn right the Supporters Trust should be fighting tooth n nail to retain their 25% share holding in THEIR club !

Sad to see and hopefully they turn things around.

Scary to think that this could have been us if they’d beaten us back in 2010...

Yes if you see what has happened to York, Torquay and Stockport (who were in the Championship equivalent for 5 years in the 1990s)

Burnley were also one game from going into the Conference at one stage.

The ups and downs of football in England.

...and Wales (Swansea)

Phil Howden tried to resign weeks before but the club refused it. The majority owner has truly spat the dummy out.

Stockport county still attract home crowds of 4000+ ....travel away in decent numbers given the level they're currently playing too

Noticed York missed out on the play offs despite 7th place being good enough to get in them. They are full time in a regional league and couldn't make 7th. Now that really is shite......

They are an utter mess at the moment with the owner throwing his toys out of the pram.
