Yellow Division Official

Supporters Group
Hello from the Yellow Division,

Who are we?

We are a group of Oxford United fans who came together towards the end of the successful 2024 season to improve the atmosphere home and away in support of the club.

Like the Yellow Army, we are completely independent of the club and will remain that way. This is important for us to be able to hold the club to account positively when things aren’t going so well, whilst offering our full support to the team.

Funding

As above, we have no funding from the club, all displays/flags/wavers are funded entirely through donations. We have a rolling donation pot that we would welcome any donations that people are able to afford. These will be used solely for materials, flags, surfers, card etc. for displays, the link can be found here:

Your support

Your support as fellow Oxford United fans will be paramount to our success, whether that is through financial donations, support on the ground setting up displays, or adding another voice to the atmosphere. Your generosity allowed us to welcome the boys back to a huge reception at home to Norwich in August and the noise created at the last two home games has meant Grenoble Road has been louder than it has been for years, if not ever – thank you.

Our plans

We have plans underway for the remainder of the season for both home and away matches where possible. While we wish we could replicate Norwich at home every week, this isn’t realistic, but a number of similar (and better) displays will be taking place both this side of Christmas and until the end of the season. We will release details of the next display in the coming weeks, but it won’t be far away…

We appreciate that we won’t get everything right and we are still growing as a group, but what we can promise is that we are committed to what we have set out to do in the right way.

Good luck guys.
I am sure that all Oxford supporters will be supportive and hope that the atmosphere at home games particularly, keeps improving

I’m a firm believer , and I have been for some time, that this is how the players should come out of the tunnel.

Perkele and little kids waving flags have had their day. Rosie can play the musical 🎵 instruments.

Huddersfield representatives can carry the players on their shoulders given they’re our new bitches

In the jungle, the mighty jungle, the Rowett sleeps tonight.

On the Gary Rowett thread, I went with...

🎶
Gary Rowett, King Gary Rowett,
He lion rides tonight,
In the Shire, the Oxford Shire,
The U's will win tonight.

A-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh, a-weema-weh...
🎶
Yeah but, with respect, that's a bit sh!t (no offence like).

How's about:
In the Oxford, the mighty Oxford
Rowett rides a lion.
For the Yellows, the mighty Yellows
Will roar like a lion.

A wimma way, a wimma way, etc

(also a bit sh!t but I don't care)
