Fleet back from brink
Ebbsfleet United have been saved from receivership after paying their tax bill ahead of a crunch court case.
All four winding ups dismissed.
Shaun Harvey demonstrates he is a dick again especially considering he introduced Anderson to Bolton and his dubious record running football clubs. Some of the abuse is undoubtably unreasonable but if we didn't have owners inflating spending we could end up with all clubs in the FL living within their means!
Bury is the ongoing case which was previously adjourned.

I guess that is why Bury has the 2018 reference as it's the HMRC winding up petition from October 2018. They've been on the winding up list in December 2018, March, April, May, June 2019 now.
I think Bangor fans are already setting up a phoenix club.
Bury adjourned for another 6 weeks.
Points deduction incoming then if it goes through.
