Tiger f*****g outOh ffs
Before this forum goes into total meltdown, could a Forumite with accountancy expertise (e.g. Mark G) provide an analysis of this latest Winding Up Petition. My Qs on the matter are:
Is this sheer incompetence on behalf of the club OR
Is this Firoka playing hardball over arbitration payments OR
Is this due to something else
Could/should the club have foreseen this scenario and could they reasonably have done anything about it?
What impact will this have on the club - none, deteriotation of credit rating, provide other suppliers with the opportunity to bring a claim for unpaid monies, other?

Weren’t processes in place to prevent these ‘bumps in the road’?
Unpopular opinion of the day:
Is Firoz, pushing this winding up order through to put pressure on Tiger?
To what end? To get paid or for other reasons?
So this is different to the HMRC winding up orders?
I've heard before, from fairly "decent" people that actually, after all the shite, Firoz is concerned that the club doesnt go under and he's very sceptical about Tiger's reign.
Yes. This time we're not paying Firoka rather than the government.
That’s right until fans protest nothing is going to happen.Let’s all turn up with scarves, flags, anything oufc branded and hold them upside down
Tigger pay up or we’ll be on can’t pay take it away!Pretty sure the process is different, Firoka will have taken a claim to the county court first and after award transferred to the high court.
Not as easy for a WUP to be raised as it is by HMRC - I think.
