All the best, Will. Someone who won’t get credit for all the good stuff he did. Too many people will only rate him based on his on the pitch performances, but Wills work at the club goes far beyond that. Far more important than that. He’s had a bigger impact than many so called names have.

He was signed as a professional footballer - to contribute on the pitch.
The off the pitch stuff is important in a wholly different way, but doesn’t mitigate what he did or didn’t contribute in a footballing capacity.

Tends to have a long holiday over summer, so we will only find out whether he has gone when the season starts. Although if he hasn’t it will be fun seeing him try to dress this summer up as an example of being well run.

By all accounts a good bloke and an honourable human, which is quite special in football these days.

Ultimately, however, he has failed to offer any significant quality for some time now and dropped plenty of clangers in the early days. Very pleased he's been moved on, even given the embargo.
