He's done well all season apart from the few high profile mistakes.

I'd argue our most important summer signing (other than securing Cumming on a permanent deal) - he wasn't suited for Des' reverse mullet system, but as soon as he had Cam in there next to him, his leadership, energy, tenacity and defensive awareness (as well as his throw of course) have been critical to our survival.

I can’t see Cam playing on Saturday either. Those 2 have been playing through pain for a good few weeks now so it is a chance to play the fringe players.
I’d also like to see a few of the youth team on the bench and getting their debuts.
I want to see Romeny up front, Stan on the wing, Marsellino on the bench

Our central midfield at Swansea could be interesting if both Vaulks and Brannagan sit it out! Matos and Tyler? Farewell appearance for J-Mack? El Mizouni didn’t look like he was moving brilliantly on the pitch on Saturday.

EDIT - Can ter Avest play centrally in a holding midfield role? I remember when we signed him his versatility across multiple positions was mentioned?

Be nice to have a goodbye for Josh. I’m a sentimental guy so would love to see him one last time. A nice memory for his six kids

Comes across very well, he’s clearly intelligent and articulate, has huge knowledge of the game. Very ‘Mousinho’ in the way he talks, no surprise to hear he is doing his coaching certificates as I can see him having a similar successful path into management.
Very diplomatic about the change of manager as well.

Another really good interview by Robyn Cowen on the Dub with Will Vaulks.
What a top man he seems to be.
He seems to be a real team man as well - when on the bench, a couple of times I’ve noticed him talking to players before kick-off, offering encouraging words at half time and is often the first on at full time ( if he’s not been involved).

Yep. A genuine leader and clearly a clever and emotionally intelligent guy. Has the potential to be a brilliant coach.
