You'd have to imagine that if Lincoln don't go up, then that WBA job would be fairly attractive to Appleton.

Probably a decent job for anyone, seem to be a fairly well-run club who could be established in the Prem without too much effort.

MAPP played their didn't he?

Played a few games until his career was cut short by injury (and due to the surgery). He spent quite a few years as a youth coach and working with the first team before stepping up to management.

Appleton would be the perfect fit for WBA young but got experience plays decent football likes to bring young players through knows the club where as wilder plays nice football but doesn’t know the club not really keen on playing youth
