I sense the title "MD" is slightly misleading (through no fault of NW) - it seems he is in a head of admin position: managing the ticket office, commercial team, match day ops, HR, logistics etc...

In my mind, the bow-tie has hands-on control of the club from the other side of he world. A frankly bonkers state of affairs.

We have never heard much from him. I suspect navegante has called it correctly, but it's pretty obvious there's a leadership vacuum that doesn't help anybody.
