Someone please clarify. If the majority of our players are back to fitness and there is such a busy month coming up AND the 'bug' isn't going o stop the purchase of players AND the boss and the players targeted are fully aware of the proposed moves - why isn't the move (s) happening ? !!!

What I am hearing is the presumption upto now is clubs and finances would be okay, with support of the BPL and Government. But now that is looking unlikely and clubs are putting a pause on their spending, unless you are likes of Manchester City..
