General When does the ticket office open on match days for telephone calls?

I've tried this morning but get a short message then it says the call is not transferable. I can't deal with it online as it is to do with a lost season ticket and need to speak to somebody to sort it out.

If anybody has an info, it would be much appreciated.

If all else fails, turn up with some ID and explain.
Worked for me a couple of seasons ago .

Can you not use google pay/ apple wallet to get it on your phone?

We got through in the end and they printed another season ticket. Thank you to the staff in the Ticket Office.
