General What video games have you been playing recently ?

I use a game rental company so tend to get through a lot of games.
Plus I always have old favourites I play CoD, Fallout 4.
I also use GamePass alot.
Current faves have been 007, Cricket 26, Solar Punk

Yep. Been using them since 2013.
I have probably paid full price for 4 or 5 games in the last 13 years and I cant think of any big or popular game I havent been able to play via either Boomerang or GamePass.

They were trialling 2nd class postage for a brief period which was very annoying but have just gone back to 1st class post only. Brilliant service that I recommend all the time.

I'm half and half (no scarf).
If its like GTA V I have no interest.
If its like GTA IV i'll have no interest in the story, but will have a laugh messing about in the world.

I’d probably buy it if I had a console to play it on. As I only have a Switch 2, I’m not interested. Enjoyed V for six months or so but I’ve stopped playing online (aside from occasional Mario Kart races) so that element. Doesn’t really intrigue me either.

They also upgraded everyone’s purchase to the complete edition free of charge - this includes thr dlc free of charge for those that didn’t have them. I think they add 20-30 hours of gameplay.

Bought them ages ago but not played them yet. Booted up Witcher 3 as I’ve had a new gpu since last time and runs maxed on rtx 3070 and ryzen 5600. Raytracing slows things down

I enjoyed the Nintendo Direct yesterday. Good to see third party support continuing. My picks were Ocarina of time, Metroid Ravenous and Hyrule Warriors age of Calamity.

Managed to pick up both GTA 6 Dualsenses this morning. Will most likely cancel the white one though as I only really wanted the black.

Trying to think if I can squeeze in 007 First Light before GTA 6 comes out. Currently still playing F1 2026. FIFA comes out next week. Then I'm travelling a fair bit in October.
