From Dickies interview it seems the transfer negotiations have been going on for a few weeks before the signing completed today
What I don't get is ......

Well, that didn't take long did it? Target identified, fee negotiated, player signed. Anyone for a little crow? Chef Eales will be serving momentarily.

I have appreciated all of your comments and thank DenisSmithsWig for your last post.
However I have to say that my favorite comment must be the one above made by oxfordnoncie which I copied from the Rob Dickie thread.
This is what I was trying to say and is how I would like the club to react with all future contracts. I understand your posts on how this is more difficult than it might seem but it has worked this time so why not again ? Add on the fact that Lincoln were more than keen to keep him permanently.
Let's see who might be next, OK perhaps not straightaway !!!
