National issue.... not good when ya car is in for mot & you cant make or take calls or send or receive texts and your wifi data aint working! ....since 11.30am and still not working ....all across uk too

Mot passed despite virgin media!
Fibre optic home connections (tv, landline & home wifi) working ok

I worked for them until 2000.
I’ve been on their billing list for ages now and I can comfortably say their phone service is the worst I’ve encountered. After ten engineers com8ng around and doing various fixes the phone still cuts off without warning. Rings and stops.
Can’t wait till we leave them in a couple of months time

My virgin is working fine has been all day. Well the tele and internet are fine. Haven’t got a virgin mobile so wouldn’t know about that.
