Apologies for the mistype in the heading, which the mods have been asked to correct for us.
As you'll see if you read the article, two weeks ago we wrote to all 15 candidates in the 3 Kidlington county council divisions/wards, asking whether they were willing to pledge public support for the stadium, and we had just 3 replies, whose comments are given verbatim in the article.
Our reasoning being that there is particular interest whether candidates in Kidlington have a view on the stadium which they are prepared to publicise for their voters.
So it's unfortunate that more candidates did not feel able to make a public comment, but we've done what we can to gather views.
