Dad racks ups thousands in fines for parking outside his own house

"How can I leave my car somewhere else when it says in my insurance that it's parked outside my house at night? I'm getting in a lot of debt"

His excuse is that his insurance states he has to park outside his house. A simple call to the insurance company to amend your policy will resolve that. The stupidity of people amazes me at times.
