No one wants to give away their financial position to other clubs.
If you're the buying club, any other teams selling to you will price their assets in line with your recent purchases.
Likewise, if you are the selling club, you're announcing how much money you now could have in your transfer kitty.

Surely Derby County aren't that concerned about divulging a receipt of say a few hundred thousand. As such, I would suggest it was OUFC's decision to post as undisclosed, but for what reason, I can't imagine
