Not sure how old some of these lads are that are scoring so many goals (Snowden, Lee, Griffiths).

Assume they'll need a loan at some point as no other route to first team football. Is scoring for fun in the youth team really that productive for them?

Don't know about Lee but Snowden and Griffiths are in this article:

Louis Griffiths has signed a pro contract:

I wouldn't gauge the players' development solely on their goals. While outstanding, I'm sure they're still developing their technique, movement, anticipation, etc.

Also he's only 16/17 so I'm sure there is some personal growth and development to go before sending him out.

I have to confess I'd not heard of Aaron Lacey before, but spotted this article:

Think he's one they've got good hopes for.
Depends where we are as a club at the end of the season I guess on whether he gets a pro.

Feels like Snowden should be with the first team given our strikers can’t hit a cows a**e with a banjo? Clearly a natural finisher.
Not sure that it is quite that simple Kip?
There is a huge gap between youth football and even L2. In my time players have scored loads of goals in the youth team but never made it in the professional game.
Hopefully Snowden and Griffiths will continue to progress. They both clearly have great potential
