Trying to identify the football team/club in this photo.

My estimate is it's from the late 1950s and is Oxford based. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd place it a little earler, looks more like the late 40's early 50's. Only because that better matches my Headington United pics, by the late 50's the collar'd shirts and thick keepers roll-neck jumpers were gone.
