Think so. Certainly can't remember him scoring this season.Would I be right in saying Sykes last goal for Oxford was that cross at Wembley v Wycombe?

Why do you think he wants to leave? Seems odd to want to leave a club that gave you your professional footballing opportunity, especially one that has made the play-offs twice in the last 2 seasons. Also heard that Mark Sykes is definitely looking to leave. At least 3 clubs have enquired and he will be allowed to talk to them. The £300k price that was suggested by Ipswich is in the right ball park, but it will almost certainly be undisclosed and will likely depend on potential sell ons etc. As with players coming in, Robinson is keen to see players leave early too, and we might see something happen before the club fly out on the preseason tour.
He’s not really a regular though and I bet he’s heard of the money others can earn. Seems a confident lad.Why do you think he wants to leave? Because he'll likely pick up a 3 year contract elsewhere that'll give him more security than the 12 months he has left. Also, he has been kept on to be a squad player rather than expecting regular starts so there are immediate football reasons too.Why do you think he wants to leave? So basically we aren’t that bothered about him?Because he'll likely pick up a 3 year contract elsewhere that'll give him more security than the 12 months he has left. Also, he has been kept on to be a squad player rather than expecting regular starts so there are immediate football reasons too.
If we can get a fee for someone likely to feature from the bench only then we'll take it. There are several more options that will hopefully offer more so I'm not sure we'll be too upset to see him leave. So basically we aren’t that bothered about him?
300k you say? Get him gone.Think so. Certainly can't remember him scoring this season.

He had a couple of good games towards the end I agree, but still didn't really produce anything of note. The rest of the season he had the odd good few minutes, but never at all influenced games.I’m not sure you’re right.
Sykes was our best midfielder during our terrific run- in. By quite a distance.
That's rather careless don't you think? Also heard that Mark Sykes is definitely looking to leave. At least 3 clubs have enquired and he will be allowed to talk to them. There's more to this than meets the eye. From our, unusual, vantage point low down in the North stand away section for the Blackpool game, we saw how passionate Sykes was about playing. At 3-0 down he was still a desire to get back in the game. His exasperation with his team mates was also clear to see. I still believe that there is more to come from Mark Sykes and disposing of him now would be a mistake. That's rather careless don't you think?
Odd that this has been allowed into the public domain but not the other 3, perhaps another chapter/s of couldn't stand in his way further down the line
