Wow! seriously reccomended sorted out my (bad) posture ( albeit temporarily),and aleviated a plethora of aches, pains n spasmed muscles- reckon I was tripping on endorphins for a few hours after too... though do be aware, Kendra is nicknamed 'ironpaw' by work collegues !!! does the businiss and then some .... got myself booked in for monthly appts, worth every penny too
