Trying to be optimistic for the future it would seem to me unlikely for Niall McWilliams to stay in an important role at Oxford if he thought Tiger was not trying to do the best for the club. From what I understand Niall has got a good local reputation. Have the new directors demanded silence from all employees so no-one put there foot in it while the club negotiates with firoka, council and potential investors.
