Tickets Ticket buying experience online for Preston and Millwall away

Click on OUFC home page.
1. Ribbon at top
> Tickets
> Buy tickets
Only takes you to Plymouth home game, Christmas extravaganza, ICONS restaurant.

2. Ribbon at top
> Tickets
> Away tickets
Only gives information about how to buy tickets and not an actual link to buy them.

3. Ribbon at top
>Three bars on the left side
> log on to eticketing.co.uk - tick the boxes with bikes, traffic lights, bridges.
> choose away tickets
> choose Milwall away
> choose own seat from map - spinning wheel doesn't show map, so click buy ticket anyway
go to checkout and pay
> remembers card, but as always, have to verify in app despite ticking remember this website.
 
You never get to pick seats for away games aside from upper or lower tier. Sometimes if you buy early you get shoved into the corner at Leeds for instance!

We trialled linking into opposition seating plan last season - I think for Lincoln game? The Ticketmaster upgrade was supposed to allow this to be straightforward and become a regular thing. However, not been used this season even though I have seen other clubs do it for grounds we've already played at.

Hull fans could pick precise seat at Leeds for example.

That may be so .
But asking you to “ choose seat from the map” after you’ve already selected the location and ticket type is very misleading.
Even More so, having done the above and waiting for the none existent seat map to appear, you then get a confirmation of a seat ticket !!
 
Anyway, it was more pointing out that despite the website redesign being several months in, it is still a bit of guess work trying to find what should be obvious like buying tickets. There are several places that could all link directly to the ticket site but don't.

From option 1 above, there is another menu on that page...

...if you click 'Tickets', then 'Away Matches', you would have got there. In "only" 4 clicks.

It should have been done by your second option with Tickets > Buy Tickets going to...

...where all of the tickets are displayed. 2 clicks. Frustrating that this is still a problem really.

Just getting a whirling circle after i selected upper tier, been like it for nearly an hour now.
 
I had to back out, refresh and be very patient all in one transaction but in the end secured 4 tickets for both.
 
Um......straight in at 12.30, 7 tickets selected, purchased and paid for - is it system or user error or is the system a bit random and will sometimes work/sometimes not?

Have you got 2 spare tickets for tge Leeds game?
 
I have got 3 tickets for the millwall game and have received the confirmation email however it won’t let me add the tickets to my apple wallet
What’s that all about … help please

Paper only .
Did you select “collection “ or “postage “
Phone the ticket office on Monday for advice .
They open at 10am.
If your on the coach you can pick them up from a coach steward ( Kevin Giles)
 
Think I will have to collect them from Millwall on the day as I’m travelling from Essex ….. yeah I know another exile . I will cal the ticket office
