Out of genuine interest (and not suspicion) how does one access the document you just supplied at its original source? I presume it is online, do you search the docket number?
I was hoping that with the people we now have in place it might help to move us to a new stadium which we as some will say we wouldn’t own but which club does as they are all owned by someone. Hopefully we will have people who want to push the club forward as well as make a few quid. Can anyone explain what this means in its simplest terms?
What does being on the board mean, exactly? Does it mean simply that he will have some say in the day-to-day and broader running of the club? Does it necessarily mean that we’ll benefit from his considerable financial clout? Or does that responsibility still fall squarely at the feet of Tiger? My limited understanding of FFP suggests that even if he were involved in some financial capacity, he still wouldn’t be able to just pour money into the on-the-field side of things, as that is dictated exclusively by the clubs football- and sponsorship-related revenue, but that he could invest in infrastructure (training facilities, women’s team and, crucially, stadium).
I want to get excited but I’m not really sure what this means in practice, so any insight would be appreciated.
We will never find the answerGood question. I wonder where he got that from !
Or we get fucked again. I hate the way businessmen control something I have a mild emotional attachment to.Great to finally get this over with. Whether it’s good for us the fans and the football club time will tell.
It could be exciting times ahead, or we pretty much go along as we are.

I'm starting to see why Daryl sold to Tiger rather than Stewart Donald and Co. I know the obvious comeback is he got more money but these guys appear to have a stronger background in the sporting arena.
On the speculation on sites under review, there’s been a very compelling case for Oxpens put forward on here. The thought of a stadium and other leisure and recreational facilities, including cafes etc in that area, with the rail and bus links already in existence there, is an exciting proposition. I suppose the ever present issues with Botley Road will be a hindrance if there does prove to be any substance to this but until any more information comes out on where the sites actually are, I’m struggling to look any further than this one at the moment.
Yeah, that's the kind of timescale I meant really. The stadium issues have dogged us for over 20 years now, so having a new home done in 5 pales in comparison.
And an indoor beach. We need an indoor beach. With an indoor sea with turtles and friendly, multi-lingual whale guides for the tourists.
We have lovely student accommodation buildings. Let the riff-raff drive down the a420 if they want leisure facilitiesWhy not? There are so many towns and cities around us with forward thinking councils actually building leisure facilities instead of just more and more homes. What the hell are all these people going to do?
Why not a massive indoor beach with a wave pool, water slides and water jets. Or a snow centre? Swindon will soon have both!
What do we have in Oxford?
