Thohir

Tiger mentioned him joining his team not taking over.
There are rules with the FA over ownership, was told on another thread
he would be restricted to 10% unless he sells most of, or all of his inter shares.
why he would do this is beyond me they are hardly unsuccessful.
But he may want more of a challenge which he will definitely get here.

The 10% rule only applies to clubs in the same country.

Some examples of international ownership:

- Watford/Udinese have (or had) the same owners.
- Man City owners own or have major stakes in Girona, Melbourne City, New York City (and others probably) as well as Man City.
- Red Bull own what was Austria Salzburg and Red Bull Leipzig and they played each in the Ropey League last week.

i'm sure Tiger will have invited him. Just depends on his agenda.
All you SSU blocks 10-12 keep your eyes open, and if he is there, be polite to him.

I know we’ve had all the excitement of Man City coming to town this week but it seems a little odd that the local media haven’t picked up on this story since Jerome talked about it on Saturday. Theres been no mention about the possible full takeover on RO or in OM all week.
