Surprised the fun sponge vinegary woman hasnt got her hands full with opposing this happening right on her doorstep (in 3 months time)- hasnt she got concentrated chemical toilet fluids to mix up, ready to dump in cuttestlowe brook or something equally as spiteful?

I hope thousands and thousands of people turn up for this and park all over that snotty part of north oxford

Interesting reading over on gosford and water eaton parish council minutes regarding stratfield brake
Its seems g&wepc cant afford it and they are are also saying kpc cant afford it

Get ready for the begging bowl to come out

Then they need to stop looking a gift horse in the mouth don't they!

Good, hope they suffer for consistently shitting on the club and the stadium. You reap what you sow.

Saturday 24th January at 1252pm prime time football supporters would start arriving

Let's add them up. Peartree has 472 spaces, Seacourt has 597, Redbridge has 391, Oxford Parkway has 1,181, and Thornhill has 938. Adding all those together, the total is 3,579 spaces.

If 2 people in the car thats nearly half the capacity of the triangle
Plus Eynsham P & R if ever they build the entrance road.

Hence why they have asked the clubs to fund the maintenance of the pitches kpc know full well the clubs cant say no meanwhile they are creaming off the hire fees

Didn't OUFC offer to re-home all the sports clubs who use Stratfield Brake, and pay maintenance for the facilities for a period of time when we were looking at that site.

Also ironic that KPC didn't consult G&WEPC about their decision-making when Middleton was absolutely raging that he wasn't involved in any of the early discussions between OUFC and OCC about the Triangle site.

not read this thread for a long time.
Multiple references to end of January for the Section 106 stuff.

Is there a known hold-up or just taking longer than thought?

How many of those clubs and users attended the full council meeting at Exeter Hall on the 29th January? A meeting where this was on the agenda.

Don't know.

Was the meeting and this particular subject well highlighted/advertised beforehand?

I think I've looked at something to do with Abingdon Town Council once and that was only as I'd talked to a Councillor mentioning it in a conversation. Other than that I've never seen a Council meeting publicised outside of official channels.

Middleton is a parish councilor at both KPC and G&WEPC.

Tactical, perhaps?
I would of thought it would be a conflict of interest The minutes specifically highlight an escalating tension: GWEPC is challenging KPC's decision-making process, seeking a Freedom of Information (FOI) request against KPC, and expressing concern over KPC's lack of "resources to run Stratfield Brake

I have to say the vale of WhiteHorse Sally Whitman ( independent ) formerly a Libdem said she is against the stadium and the reason being…..she works in that part of Oxford which is probably why she ignored messages asking for support.
She is one of these Councillors you only hear or see at election times she does b****r all else.

What a self interested idiot

Perfect councillor then
