The forum would encourage all members to consider joining OxVox during this important moment in our history. See here for more information.
You spelt c#nt wrong.Yep, basically the don't like the truth.
They are a cult.
My vote for post of the year right there.Pretty weak looking XI that.
Defence looks feeble and capable of a few mistakes. Midfield has more holes than a cheesegrater, and the lad Middleton is already under scrutiny for not being a team player. Veteran striker Hill has allegedly had off field personal problems but he’ll be hoping, like Tony Adams, he can overcome these.
Keeper looks suspect too but is a very vocal communicator and she won’t want opponents in her box.
First time I’ve seen this team but it looks like relegation fodder to me.
And the Lib Dems control OCC, who have given us the land, and have the biggest representation on CDC. The make up if CDC committees - including planning - reflects that, and CDC's officer recommendation was approval, and the decision at planning was approval. And they've spent a pretty penny defending those decisions.Robey, Gant and Callum Miller all have university links. And are all LibDem's.

If you've got something to say about the Lib Dems, then come out and say it. Stop hiding behind implication and innuendo.
She's saying Leigh Day egged them on?View attachment 38089
It a surprise to me as well suzy
Lets look at what your solicitor said in the steps of the Royal courts of justice shortly after the hearing
"They believe that they have strong grounds of Challenge. I think it's particularly concerning the approach that natural England took to the substantial evidence that's stratfield brake is ancient Woodland. They're considering their options including appeal."
I think you're making it up suzy
But its not a consistent height it slopes in a nod to the manorFor me this disappointment in the design is the consistent height around the ‘bowl’ there is a lack of premium seats on the halfway line on both sides and too many in the corners. I would prefer the corners came down and the sides went up (like Brighton)

I'm sorry but still confused. Why does Stratfield Brake still get referred to despite the site being on The Triangle? And why was the A34 allowed to be built on or near SB?View attachment 38089

Stratfield brake is the woodland its actually known as Stratfield brake eastI'm sorry but still confused. Why does Stratfield Brake still get referred to despite the site being on The Triangle? And why was the A34 allowed to be built on or near SB?
Im saying they knew just like us that if the hearing was refused there was a way to appeal and they was always going to appeal. She's saying Leigh Day egged them on?
As a dog lover, this is exactly the sort of s**t you expect from cat ladies. As a fellow cat lover, she absolutely disgusts me.
I forgot to say I also love dogs! But currently own a cat.As a dog lover, this is exactly the sort of s**t you expect from cat ladies.

Thanks BillyoxStratfield brake is the woodland its actually known as Stratfield brake east
A34 was built before nimby was a thing when we could build what you want basically
It’s some of the easiest money Leigh Day will ever make, haven’t got to put any more effort into fighting basically a none existent false claim, and get £450 an hour for the privilege. She's saying Leigh Day egged them on?
Which is not necessarily a good thingA34 was built before nimby was a thing when we could build what you want basically
The key word here is 'could'. It's conditional. They don't say 'gives rise to', they say 'could give rise to'. The reasoning could give rise to grounds for appeal if the judge made an error, however if he didn't, then it doesn't. Lawyers and FoSB have chosen their words carefully I think.View attachment 38089

Says it all that FoSB has declined to be on Radio Oxford. You would have thought that they would be on the radio defending their reasonings for the appeal and to drum up support?.It’s pretty clear now reading comments on social media that people are getting very fed up and annoyed with this group of faceless North Oxford NIMBYs who hide under the banner of FOSB.
Even those who have been against the stadium are saying enough is enough, this appeal charade achieves nothing except unnecessary delay and extra costs to CDC and the local tax payer.
The appeal system is not being used in good faith , it’s being abused and I believe the vast majority of reasonably minded people can see that now.
It’s clear FOSB are feeling the heat, don’t like the spotlight being shone on them and are simply trying to claim their deliberate vexatious actions are at the recommendation of Leigh Day.
FOSB are truth phobic .

Remember what we are shown at the minute is just the first iteration of the stadium. Should it get built there will be ample opportunity in the future to expand it as we see fit and if necessary. For me this disappointment in the design is the consistent height around the ‘bowl’ there is a lack of premium seats on the halfway line on both sides and too many in the corners. Not what I meant (as you well know)A34? Handy for getting about Oxfordshire.
