What sort of timeframe could the further delay be if it went to a hearing? It would only go to a hearing with no guarantee they would win that yes it would cause a delay but thats it
Yes, it’s confirmed. Unfortunately, though, I’ve now heard the hearing has been moved back. And is the 24th September a confirmed date, and if so, could it change to an earlier or god forbid a later date?
Oh dear. Lesson 1 of the forum: There will always be a number of posters who believe anything that is posted as fact. Ergo, right now, there are several very irate forumites who, having wet themselves, are now hammering away on their keyboards demanding to know how it can be that the hearing has been delayed.Yes, it’s confirmed. Unfortunately, though, I’ve now heard the hearing has been moved back.
Apparently the court has introduced a new administrative procedure whereby every time somebody asks “is 24th September definitely confirmed?” despite having already asked it several times and received exactly the same answer, the hearing is automatically delayed by another 48 hours.
This is apparently to allow court staff sufficient time to re-check the diary, phone the judge, contact all the parties, consult the King’s Bench Division listing office and make absolutely certain that, in the three minutes since the question was last asked, the entire judicial system hasn’t secretly rearranged itself.
So at the current rate, 24th September has become 2nd October. Another couple of repetitions and we’ll be looking at Christmas.
You little devil Billy.Yes, it’s confirmed. Unfortunately, though, I’ve now heard the hearing has been moved back.

Me thinks Billy needs a holiday and come back on 24thYou little devil Billy.
Sorry Tim!Yes, it’s confirmed. Unfortunately, though, I’ve now heard the hearing has been moved back.

Fair enough. I won’t bother then.Sorry Tim!
@Billyox the last time I asked I vaguely remember you saying you didn’t know as this was a date FoSB had communicated, but I maybe wrong!
You don’t have to be a condescending, I mean, the amount of f*****g times a number of fans have queried the embargo rules with you explaining the same thing with respect has been in the 100s if not 1000s
You may live your life for this thread which I and others appreciate, but some of us have other lives and may miss the odd message or forget what was said previousl or read something that contradicts what’s been said before.
Don’t f*****g answer if it offends you.
You did the same to me on another question Billy, so you know what you’re doing and I found this response condescending!Fair enough. I won’t bother then.
I’ll leave the thread to people who apparently want every question answered repeatedly, politely and without so much as a hint of sarcasm, no matter how many times the same thing has already been covered.
I’ve spent a ridiculous amount of time digging through court documents, planning papers, EFL rules and all the rest, then explaining it in plain English for people on here. Clearly the correct response to that is to be told I “live my life for this thread” because I made one sarcastic comment.
So no problem. Someone else can do the searching, checking, reading and explaining from now on.
I’m sure the answers will magically appear by themselves.
To be fair to everyone else, I think about 500 of those queries were from methe amount of f*****g times a number of fans have queried the embargo rules with you explaining the same thing with respect has been in the 100s if not 1000s
This is genuine. I’ve spiralled on the stadium a few times and got panicked and your responses and analysis has genuinely calmed me. Even if you end up not doing it anymore it is genuinely appreciated what you have done.Fair enough. I won’t bother then.

So its a bit like the Reading game.Yes, it’s confirmed. Unfortunately, though, I’ve now heard the hearing has been moved back.

I agree. Billy is an absolute hero.Come
Come on Billy.
Most of us really appreciate your efforts.
I am sure that other than the odd person or two, we hope you continue.
Totally uncalled for. Billy has spent hours and hours of his own time untangling all the legal rubbish surrounding this saga.Sorry Tim!

I never questioned Billy’s contribution, in fact, I’ve always thanked him for his amazing contributions, I just felt his condescending response was unnecessary to my generic query which wasn’t directed at him, so said if my query offended him then he didn’t need to respond (meaning he didn’t need to respond to me!)Totally uncalled for. As have I!Come

You knew what you was doing
Every one else got the joke
just you didnt
Ask stupid questions for the 29th time your get a stupid answer simple
This is definitely true. I know in theory it should go our way but the stakes are just so high. Really think I may struggle over the next 17 days.Maybe just maybe we’re all getting a little bit anxious because we now have the countdown to a date. Things always get a bit tetchy as I recall before every big moment.
Graham, appreciate your message, but I’m fine.Maybe just maybe we’re all getting a little bit anxious because we now have the countdown to a date. Things always get a bit tetchy as I recall before every big moment.
The vote at CDC, the original JR meeting and now this the Oral meeting.
We all want the same thing, let’s just be civil to each other. Save our angst for the people who are putting us through this hell
FoSB if it wasn’t for those c***s this would be done and dusted.
They are the ones we should be berating and giving hell to.
