According to the recent Gosford and Water Eaton Parish council from what i have heard from somebody who was at the meeting. The trees in the so called ancient woodland are self seeded trees with an old tree plonked in the middle.

@Billyox question mate not sure if I’ve asked this before or someone else has, this Oral hearing is attended by the KC representing the solicitors acting for FoSB do the club have a KC present as well? Purely for counter anything that the LC says at the oral hearing?

Yes they will be in attendance but they will only speak if asked to clarify anything
This is solely on fosb lawyers kc etc to argue why the judge was wrong the first time round
This is not about the grounds of the judicial review

We don’t know who the author of that report to Prof.Sutton is but it was written just six weeks ago, is very comprehensive and concludes that the woodland at Stratfield Brake is not ancient woodland.

The person who wrote this is from Oxford University obviously a chum of Adrian Sutton and clearly not a expert im pretty sure a expert would want all evidence not just one side of a argument how can you base a fair conclusion on one half

Also I searched the case number of the matter they are dealing with tomorrow and it's just of local importance not national.

So could be any day for us!
