My mistake i think they are none of it is actually about this developmentAre they now just using another planning application to complain about the stadium?!
Not sure that's relevant in the oral hearing and will get them nowhereIts all a sham from fosb, they will use this at the oral hearing and going down the appeal route
Lucky for you, but what does that mean for the court case
Best take the falsies out beforehandIf he is giving it to the judge I reckon it will swing it in our favour. Unless he is a bit toothy.

Tutu readyFair play for going above and beyond, dress pretty.
Didn't that idiot Harrison Lee say that fans wouldn't use the Ballet Shop?!Tutu ready
Which is ironic as they'll have their complaints thrown out for being irrelevantAre they now just using another planning application to complain about the stadium?!
I laughed out loud at "a well respected local ecologist, Dr Judy Webb"all of it has been taken down from the planning portal
But fosb have done this
Trees tress stadium trees ancient woodland stadium stadium judicial review stadium did we mention the stadium

Yes they will be in attendance but they will only speak if asked to clarify anything@Billyox question mate not sure if I’ve asked this before or someone else has, this Oral hearing is attended by the KC representing the solicitors acting for FoSB do the club have a KC present as well? Purely for counter anything that the LC says at the oral hearing?
Why was it taken down????
No ideaWhy was it taken down????
Have they called the official ruling an "alternative hypothesis" ?!
Also known as we dont like the other versionHave they called the official ruling an "alternative hypothesis" ?!
Any idea when the case that will be heard tomorrow was logged. Not on list for tomorrow. But it is encouraging that it is a planning case for tomorrow so It shows they are still working on the planning stuff.
Also I searched the case number of the matter they are dealing with tomorrow and it's just of local importance not national.
So could be any day for us!
We sort of know look at the fosb objection i posted it says on that a expert from Oxford University its quite obvious a chum of Adrian Sutton who also works at Oxford UniversityWe don’t know who the author of that report to Prof.Sutton is but it was written just six weeks ago, is very comprehensive and concludes that the woodland at Stratfield Brake is not ancient woodland.
Who would have thunk it.
Its not a proper jr case like oursAny idea when the case that will be heard tomorrow was logged.
If it was a few days before ours that would mean we are getting close, or was it a couple of weeks before ours?
1605 map can clearly see other woodlands yet not one nr KidlingtonI'd love to have been there when FoSB first visited https://www.oxfordshirehistory.org.uk/public/maps/county_maps.htm and opened each map, desperately hoping for a tree to be marked on a map south of Kidlington and not finding one.
On a couple of them is an area called Kidlington Green which looks like fields, roughly where Stratfield Brake is now I think. It's quite interesting looking at old maps.

Interesting from Lewis Vine
