How far north does that joy spread? Word on the streets is that it pinches off slightly at the top end of the Banbury Road.

You mean the Dickhead Gant
Dont worry she has been shot down by me and plenty of othersIm not on facebook. Some one should post on there saying about her party seems to be anti jewish, as per the green party leader and other green party candidates plus also mentioning her husband ian middleton who is a green party councillor posted the amarillo song which features Jimmy Saville plus also his involvement in trying to stop a local charity in accepting money raised from oufc fans.
That only for oxford city council thoHis attendance record at council meetings is a scandalous 56%. Hope the LibDem's get a kicking at the polls today.
The other thing that is worth mentioning is the debarcle of the upkeep of the Stratfield Brake sports ground and the increase of the local council tax to cover the upkeep of the sports ground.Dont worry she has been shot down by me and plenty of others
Mawson is talking about the stadiumMods - I wonder whether we need a separate thread, to discuss the stadium as opposed to local politics and NIMBY point-scoring? I know we have the Digest thread, but there's no option to post on there. Asking here, as I wouldn't want to start a new thread, only for it to be removed, or told to migrate the conversation into this monster thread for the sake of keeping things *cough* tidy.
It is relevant, as the idiot married to Middleton is referring to the stadium. It's all part of the bigger picture.Mods - I wonder whether we need a separate thread, to discuss the stadium as opposed to local politics and NIMBY point-scoring? Agreed, they are anti stadium, but we know this, and 90% of this thread is either "fight the green party", "haha look how stupid they are, I just proved them wrong on Facebook, here's a screenshot", or "look at the supermarket crusader" - all of which I can enjoy, but in reality have very little to do with actual stadium application chat.It is relevant, as the idiot married to Middleton is referring to the stadium. The planning permission etc has been passed. The propaganda these people push about the stadium won't impact the JR. They will try to twist local opinion about the stadium negatively, as they have constantly been doing. By all means continue to fight the good fight on this thread, Facebook, and elsewhere correcting them, and I applaud you for doing so.
You can still do so on this very thread, even if we do have a separate thread purely to discuss the stadium application proceedings.
We know the conversation changes for maybe half a day at most, before it goes back to how it always is, let's not pretend that's not the case. It also means that anyone who is interested has to wade through the quagmire that is this thread to find the information they're after, or keep asking questions that other have already asked and had answered 6 pages earlier. There is a very simple way
just change the subject and people will follow
So what do you wish to discuss fill your boots and ill follow
How about, for this thread will the new Board members have any significant impact on the Stadium. There is a very simple way

The trouble is I dont know anything about them reallyHow about, for this thread will the new Board members have any significant impact on the Stadium.
My feelings are that the stadium project is going ahead and maybe there may be new investors joining Erik
Questions for a different thread was Grant Ferguson moved aside because we got relegated after blowing a considerable amount of money in January, and will Tim Williams follow him.
As you said its always been like it and unfortunately for you that wont change nowWe know the conversation changes for maybe half a day at most, before it goes back to how it always is, let's not pretend that's not the case. Why are you pushing against this? I'm not trying to dismantle this thread.

As for this thread, we're in another holding pattern period where we're waiting for something to happen.
The momentary silence doesn't stop people from wanting to know if there have been any changes without having to constantly sift through here to find out. Particularly for less frequent posters, or fans that don't want to engage in posting but still want to grasp an understanding of where things are in more detail than the Digest thread. It's handy to have clarification on procedures such as JR, and the roles of the key stakeholders (CDC, OCC, OUFC, FoSB) in one place, and make it easier for people to find answers. We are in a period where there is much going on but little we can actually discuss we dont know fully how long its going to take
But that has been the same all the way through its no different from waiting for the planning committee date you still had to shift through pages to find what you was looking forThe momentary silence doesn't stop people from wanting to know if there have been any changes without having to constantly sift through here to find out. Again, don't see why people are against this, as it's in the benefit of many fans. This thread can carry on exactly as it has been.
Yeah... that's my point. But that has been the same all the way through its no different from waiting for the planning committee date you still had to shift through pages to find what you was looking for
Getting pretty time critical now though, we need to be hearing something fairly shortly. As you said its always been like it and unfortunately for you that wont change now
We are in a period where there is much going on but little we can actually discuss we dont know fully how long its going to take
You can change the topic and drive the discussion no one is stopping you
So basically you dont want anyone to post anything or it might make it difficult to find the very latest news.Yeah... that's my point.
