It's absolutely outrageous that FoSB haven't stated the historic JR success rates in their beg, people should be informed of the extremely low probability of JRs actually getting past the first hurdle.

That is a lot of money to donate per person. I wonder if they will go cap in hand to get money from kpc, gosford and water eaton and other parish councils that are close to the proposed stadium.

Also fosb will have to raise a minimum of a thousand pounds a day to reach the target.

Putting the stadium on the front page which effectively makes the FoSB "announcement" little more than a footnote in the day's events is hardly detrimental to the cause. A good day to have bad news buried springs to mind!

Now here’s the thing about the Ancient Woodland angle.

As I recall the Ancient Woodland was brought up right at the end of the planning period. As I remember the initial voting date was put back a month so that CDC could look at it.
Why didn’t FoSB look at this from the start?
They were looking for endangered species and claiming green belt land but nothing until a desperate attempt by Judy Webb as a last throw of the dice.
When a judge looks at this, I would expect him to say ,you had two years to bring this up and have conversations with natural England ,why put it in at the very death. Screams delaying tactic which exactly what it is

Sorry @Basham Wonderland that man has done more to kill this club than FoSB could ever do.

But it is what it is really - at the end of the day he took on the burden and saved us, and we're still here 25 years later. AND he's extended our lease to help us move. He didn't have to do that - we could be playing at Wycombe if he wanted us to.

Just remember April 2021 kassam sent his hench men in and evicted us and all because we asked for a bit of leeway with the rent because of covid and no crowds he basically wanted to kill the club

Based on their other pages from last night, they say they can't replay the planning decision, then their appeal here makes it look just like they are trying to do just that. Even though it has all been debunked. I'm shocked I tell ya.....
