I happen to have one in my hand right now - perhaps I should send it over to them? Happy to pay for priority international postage to get this done. I wonder whether the S106 would actually get signed by the time my pen gets there from Sweden?
Absolutely unrelated but Sweden is such a brilliant country. Fine people.

I'll lay my cards out i was told Monday evening that it was done and announcement shortly, others had heard the same.
It definitely looked like it was happening yesterday
Cdc was playing around with the portal a sign that there was movement

The club was playing around releasing pre match interviews early another sign that there was movement

The dub not being released another sign

Im sure it will be done this week

can it get any more incestuous in (the town of) Kidlington?

KGBDW, KPC ( or is that now KTC ?), KDW, LBTM, FoSB appear to be largely made up of more or less the very same protesters people? ... and Ol' Blossom is (of course) involved

KDW is run by Linda Ward. She gave FoSB £250 on behalf of KDW a couple of years or so back -

This thing of greater protection from development of greenbelt its a bit of a myth really
Kidlington parish council argued they was a town to stop the stadium because of the green belt policy says town not village.
Oufc argued that it was grey belt and cited its a village not a town.
Cdc said it was green belt not greybelt
So oufc needed vsc

By arguing that Kidlington was a town, the Parish Council inadvertently strengthened the case for the stadium's location.
Under the NPPF, major developments should be placed in "sustainable locations" with high connectivity. By highlighting Kidlington’s "town-like" amenities (the airport, the rail station, the large population), KPC actually helped the developers prove that the site was a sustainable place for a 16,000-seat stadium.

All so Middleton can wear a silly mayoral robe

It could get called in or an appeal by the developer, oh and I do hope it is and the decision gets overturned
I'm sure it will be overturned on appeal, and will cost CDC taxpayers dear for the privilege of some councillors grandstanding. Roll on the appeal, the LBTM crowd are the same nimbys who opposed the stadium in the main, with a few extras

And all those are now pro town

Someone needs to tell those Nimbys that being a town doesn't give you any more power to protect the green belt around you. Take Abingdon and Didcot for instance that have grown outwards considerably because of building on green belt. In actual fact building on green belt around a town is less frowned upon than it is building on green belt around a village.

Actually don’t bother telling them it will be even more laughable when more new houses are dumped on the outskirts of Kidlington in the next local plan. A town has the infrastructure to expand after all.

The Development Hierarchy Risk: In almost all Local Plans, "Towns" are placed higher in the settlement hierarchy than "Villages." Planning policy dictates that most new development should be directed toward the most sustainable locations—which are usually towns.
By declaring yourself a town to protect your Green Belt, you may inadvertently invite the council to allocate higher housing targets to your center because you have now "proven" you have the amenities and status to support them
