Oooh never heard of that combination before. Well that's breakfast for tomorrow sorted then!I love both, but marmite and banana sandwiches ( no butter) are to die for!! Try it.
There is no such thing as "Too much Marmite" !Twiglets used to be nice. Now they are 'baked' and are revolting.
I do like Marmite - but actually prefer the cheap supermarket own brand versions that are not quite as strong, because Marmite can tip over from 'lovely' to 'too much' very easily.
Most interesting forum post of the week. The pot on the marmite label is a French cooking pot called a … wait for it … marmite (pronounced marmeet).
Vegemite had a bit of a rebrand 100 years ago to Parwill as some kind of weird pun on marmite.
Can't stand bovrilVoted "It's okay". Add me to the preferring vegemite or bovril, depending on situation.
its even less attractive when you know the original product name - Johnston's Fluid BeefCan't stand bovril
I could have improved it by saying “FACT. End of.” at the end. Most interesting forum post of the week.

Yep, seconded. A great sandwich indeed (and even better on a batch roll I'd say)Can I propose a Marmite and cream cheese sandwich, maybe with sliced cucumber? It might sound disgusting but I promise you, it's a small slice of wonderful
Or if you swap the cream cheese and marmite for peanut butter, and definitely go with the cucumber then you’ve got a sandwich to die for.Can I propose a Marmite and cream cheese sandwich, maybe with sliced cucumber? It might sound disgusting but I promise you, it's a small slice of wonderful
