In very, very basic terms, the club and stadium are legally separate so that neither one can be liable for any debts incurred by the other.
Has he said we are mentioned? It will be interesting to hear what Kieran Maguire has to say about us on his ‘price of football’ podcast tomorrow![]()

Hopefully he'll be updating his non-Oxford supporting listeners about the JR refusal and time wasting oral hearing
I’ve been wondering whether all this legal fees will tip us over. But once all the reviews are done , can we backdate all the stadium costs from revenue to capital ?Back in March he was talking about how crazy it was that under current rules, pre-build expenditure should strictly be included in psr calculations. I wonder if we're still in the same boat with all this JR nonsense
Exactly. They all failed, simple as that. You don’t reward failure in any walk of life.
2025 I think.when is the next FF?
Not been following football for very long then.

Next episode, I'm sure.Stadium related and highlighting the NIMBY’s quest to stop The Triangle.
Nothing relating to finance, thankfully.
Good to see our Senior Management and Board communicating ahead of this to settle our nerves.
Interestingly, I hear to Dusan was actually in the UK last week. Nice of him to say hi.
Is it an SM problem, or is it the owner not providing funds to SM?It’s a complete joke that we are under an embargo again, 2 years on from the last one when we had just been promoted.
It cannot be swept under the carpet, and Williams, Dusan, Waldron and the rest of the SMT need to be held to account. It’s unacceptable senior management of our football club.
It sets us back in our planning, without a shadow of doubt. In fact, I had heard that a GK was on the cusp of signing, only for the contract to get revoked. This would explain why.
A complete shambles.

Difficult to file paperwork if the money isn't there. It’s a complete joke that we are under an embargo again, 2 years on from the last one when we had just been promoted.

Under pressure from who and how do you know this? Why would he need to reduce his financial input into the club? He has only just become the majority shareholder.Thohir is under pressure to reduce his financial input into the club. This may be the beginnings of that (not saying it definitely is)
Someone on here who is a part of OxVox or FAb or whoever needs to be on these people and demanding some updates.
No kit.
No fees paid.
No meaningful stadium updates.
No backroom staff announcements of ins or outs.
A chairman we've never seen.
Now a potential embargo.
Nothing to do with FAB, which is a club construct. It should fall within the OxVox remit, but do they have the teeth?Someone on here who is a part of OxVox or FAb or whoever needs to be on these people and demanding some updates.
