Tickets Swansea (A) Final Game

Purchased mine and the email gives a download link which doesn't work, although I chose to collect them, are they digital or physical tickets?

I noticed that, too. The confirmation always shows the link to download, regardless of whether the facility is available or not! If the link is 'dead', then it's a physical ticket only. I think there were only 2/3 of away games were a digital download was possible, which is surprising in 2025 in the Championship.

Hmm Cardiff tickets purchased online last week didn't have a download link in the email.

The option was for postage or collection, so assume these will be physical tickets like Cardiff and not digital/PDF ones.

Tickets now on sale to ST holders - just picked up tickets 772 and 773, so presume there are (or were, five minutes ago) just over 1100 remaining.
There are two separate sections. One is selling ticket numbers in the 800s and the other in the 300s . They must be selling in ascending order as you got 772 and 773. This means over 1150 tickets sold. Going very quickly......

Looks like descending order to me. Currently offering 410

There are but do you expect the club to ask fans to buy Sheff Weds tickets and Cardiff tickets before they can buy Swansea ones?
Exactly. This game has the lowest allocation of the three and is probably the one with the most demand. All three on sale at same time so I got my Swansea one first. Then the other two after

Tickets went on sale for Sheffield Wednesday on Monday 24th March.

7 days before Cardiff and 14 days before Swansea.

It seems reasonable that the club would expect supporters that intend to travel, to buy the tickets in order that they are released, no? Am i missing something here?

Yes they would but Cardiff and Swansea will get more interest than Sheff Weds due to 1, being closer, 2, being new grounds and 3, we have been to Hillsborough a few times now in recent years.

Swansea and Sheffield are almost identical distances, actually Steve.

Let's hope we have something to play for down at Swansea for all those prioritising that game. It would be a bloody shame if we had a dreadful run of results and those below us keep picking up points, resulting in a dead rubber in Swansea.

Sheffield Wednesday is the biggest away game of the season, so far. Hopefully we can shift another few hundred to give the players all the backing that they deserve, fingers crossed after another win tomorrow night.

People will pick and choose their away games and budget accordingly. If it is a choice between going to Swansea and going to Sheffield Wednesday then I can see why people would choose to go to Swansea.
I would also suggest that playing Sheffield Wednesday bang in the middle of Easter holidays will affect people's plans on going to the game too.

I have to pick and choose away games these days, and whether or not I've seen us play at a ground before has a big impact on my decision. I've seen us play at Hillsborough 2 or 3 times, never seen us play at Cardiff or Swansea. I'm sure you can work out which games I've got tickets for.

I’m going to Sheffield Wednesday and Swansea I was hoping to go to Cardiff aswel but work commitments got in the way of that one unfortunately

On the Swansea game I ordered my tickets then realised my oldest son (12) isn’t sat near me and my other son it was my mistake so hoping its unreserved seating

Just swap seats with your oldest son and you will have a nice peaceful afternoon.
