Have oxvox spoken to the club about what can be done as fans to support the club during COVID-19? Obviously we can use ifollow and buy mechanise from the shop- Are there talks of other schemes we can help support the club (online 50:50 draw etc..?) feels like this should be a joint club and fans initiative?

Introducing virtual mascots, possibly from the number of young season ticket holders/members or maybe as a deal for buying shirts? It's important that we find ways yo not only bring as much money as possible into the club, but also to engage with our young fans.

Could @OxVox collate ideas to take to the club?

Hi @southcoastyellow @Scotchegg @OUFCGav @Marked Ox and all

OxVox have been speaking to the club on a number of ideas that we hope could help in these difficult times including 50/50. The club have also come to us for feedback on a number things. Of course at this time season ticket sales are the biggest revenue provider and sales of games on ifollow also provide a welcome revenue stream. Having said this we are keen to add new ideas and get the supporters' views across. The Forum is a great place to discuss all things OUFC but it is impossible to pick through everything on here to see if there is anything directed at us. I would recommend anyone with a suggestion, comment or concern to contact us directly. While we would love to be able to be out at games talking to fellow fans again, email is definitely the best way to contact us at the moment. We are an approachable bunch and we will do what we can to answer as soon as we can. We all have jobs, lives and families to look after but speaking with fellow supporters is one of the perks of what we do and never a chore. Some really worthwhile initiatives have come from emails form our members.

Our email is enquiries@oxvox.org.uk

Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you soon.

any idea or update when OUFC memberships for the current season will actually be available to buy @Paul P /
on last weeks 5 min fans Forum on Radio Oxford Tiger said memberships would be available to buy 'soon' ... how soon, in reality, will this 'soon' be? ... and presumably, the club will ensure its widely known when they are available to buy? cheers

We can look into it @Sarge but again it would help immensely if you could fire an email over so we have a hard copy of it to reference and it doesn't get missed.

Cheers and hope all is well.

Any news on the flags being up at the stadium for home games?

Making progress on that as we speak @Junior_1 . It was hoped it would not be needed with the reintroduction of fans in early October but since the government announcement we have been working with the club to get that in place. We hope to have some news in the coming days.

Thanks again for all the input.

We’ve spoken at length with the club around different/new revenue streams. The online 50/50 wasn’t one but we can look into it. A different lottery license may be required to run it but everything is worth investigating.
