We got over 9k last time we were promoted.
I reckon we will get more STs next season than that time and if we start well could exceed this?

To those who moan about our support/numbers we take away, this is our away following to Barnsley in 1990 apparently, a second tier match. We haven’t been to shabby for away followings this time around at this level, be interesting to see what our average will have been over the two seasons.

Ah, the open end with the open roofed toilet block...brings back memories!

I reckon we will have more ST holders than when we last went up. Plenty of sell out away crowds.
IF we are up there all season, we will gave a higher attendance than when we were last promoted I reckon

Come on ! it's not like 20 years ago when we were relegated to non league.

Why would any fan be like I'm not renewing my season ticket because we are in a league lower next season?

I've supported us properly for 24 years now and this is only the second time we have took a step back in that time.

Football is a game where there are winners and losers and that's what makes it exciting.

Have to say the chap who rang Wasn’t At The Game to berate Ed Waldron reminded me of some of the more overtly negative discourse on here.

Aside from the weirdly passive aggressive way he made his case to Jerome, it was the lack of nuance which was a little dispiriting.

Whatever your views on the recruitment team, I think it’s reasonable to say that amongst the mistakes there have also been some positives. To just claim that Ed and the team are useless, completely inexperienced and don’t know what they are doing is OTT. It would be the same as saying they are perfect with no middle ground on the reality of the situation.

I know it was an example of a more extreme view, but it does rather sum up the impatience of some of the more angry parts of football fanbases these days (and society more generally).
