Tickets Sunderland FA Cup tickets

Does anyone know if the usual £2 adult / £1 juniors membership discount still stands?

Adult tickets £3 cheaper in the East Stand too (in advance) than normal. £23 vs £26.

I wonder if this is because we have 7000 or so ST holders that we've reduced the price from the normal match day price that far fewer fans actually pay. Or because Sunderland aren't a "big" EPL team? (battens down hatches and waits for Sunderland fans to react). Or it's a Sunday?

Anyone else having difficulties buying tickets? Our two, reserved season ticket seats, are available to purchase from my account but, the ticket site keeps chucking an error message up once I get to the checkout:

Me too. I phoned the ticket office and it was quickly sorted. Apparently loads of people are having the same problem - although my other half, in the seat next to mine, had no trouble at all.

Yup, after trying the phone again, I got through and Tom, who I spoke to, sorted both tickets with minimal fuss. Apparently, Ticketmaster has gone down and left the staff to deal with everything!
 
Same issue here - will try again tomorrow to see if the glitch has been sorted - hopefully the club will provide an update with expected resolution timescale.

Very interesting. I encountered the very same problem at about 1 o’clock and thought it was just me.

Like others, I phoned the ticket office and bought my ticket that way.

Had the same problem as you, but have just gone back into the site and they seem to have fixed the problem as I managed to get mine with no problems this time.

I had this on a desktop, so went on my phone and it worked fine.
 
I had the same error when buying Leicester tickets on mobile. Worked fine on desktop.
 
I notice the donation option at check-out has changed from OUFC In The Community to the Joey Beauchamp Foundation for this game. Although in minimum increments of £5.

[edit: this was announced in the OWS story about ticket sales, but I didn’t bother reading it as a ST holder, other than the screen shot with the price].

I've got my two ST seats already, but am hoping to pick up a couple of extras in the North Stand for friends.

I presume because ST seats are reserved until tomorrow, it'll be showing as lots of grey until they go on General Sale tomorrow? I miss @Colin B.

If anyone has a pair next to each other in the NS and can't make it, feel free to drop me a message.
 
Those decades of experience are really proving their worth arent they?

I bought a ticket for the Sunderland cup game last Friday ( it was reserved with my ST)

Today I get an email informing me I have one day left to secure my reserved, reduced price ticket for the Sunderland FAcup game

Presume them there Decades of experiece havent encompased linking actual ticket sales to ST holders with the mail out databasefor any specific game then?
