If those 3 big players are after Cam and 2/3 million is offered time to move on personally .Upgrade to stay up ,I hope it's not true but I heard Leicester were after him if the 3 are involved had a million to the few, it would also be a massive payday for Cam. Avery interesting window ahead.

Cam would be the last player I would sell to be honest

I wouldn’t entertain any offer for him unless it was stupid money, but also when it comes to the end of his current contract I wouldn’t be throwing massive money at him either.

He’s been a club legend but there will be a time where his spot in the side isn’t guaranteed if we continue to play in the championship

Can't imagine Rowett would entertain Bran leaving, a non story.
I think if Leicester city are interested then cam could earn 25/30k a week for 3 yrs…
I don’t think Rowett will encourage a transfer, but Mr Oxford United will attract a serious bid of over 7m in my opinion.

Am I in the minority who thinks its madness to sell the one player who could treble his value this season, easily into double figures?

The one player who just might be able to take the game by the scruff of the neck and strike fear into the opposition. Tyler was the only attacker who looked a proper threat at times.

Sorry, but no.....keep him and raise his profile and value first. He could be one the Championships hottest prospects.

Seems like 'Little Oxford' mentality kicking in on here. Believe in bigger and better folks!
There was no fear being struck for the whole second half of the season. He was consistently caught in possession or his decision making was poor during the games he did feature in. I think he short of the pace and physicality needed to thrive in this league. But their hand off for anything around 3mill.

Would anyone on here seriously turn down

Cambran £7m
Tyler 7m + add ons

Hypothetical question I know, but that’s serious money, that can bring in a a fair few quality players.
As much as it would hurt (more so for Cam) making 14million+ for two players would catapult us into another level of competition.

We’re losing out to clubs like Stoke, QPR, and PNE fairly often. Being able to raise the funds by x amount would allow us to look at more premium targets and be competitive

The only thing is you have to spend a chunk of the money you get replacing those players, no guarantee the replacements will be better, especially given how much a player like Brannagan is embedded into the club.

I actually think CB is a bit of a special case, no one will pay us, at his age, enough to replace him.

The thing is, if you lose that quality for 14 million+ then you have to replace that lost quality with equal or better with that 14 million+, it seems that figure is around the starting price for proven championship quality, so unless our scouts pull some rabbits out the hat with cheaper gems from lower or the foreign league's, losing this two players could hurt us massively.

Once again - ban EFL Analysis from Yellowsforum. It's a nonsense. It's a bloke in his bedroom. Social Media Fake-ITK's have been around for 15-18 years now, how do people still not differentiate between them?

Brannagan has been and continues to be superb for us, but if I were a fan of Sheffield united or Leicester I'd be seriously underwhelmed at signing him. Not sure a close to 30-year-old who's had one full (well, 30-odd games) season in the Championship would tick many of their boxes.
Exactly this. He’s a capable Championship performer, but he’s at his peak, and he’s not going to push for the premiership.

Plus replacing him would cost more than we’d get. He’s on a fortune here, so no big push to move.
