Buttler needs to justify his place in the test team...his Wicket keepering has been abysmal in this test, his first innings knock was just about a minor contribution... he needs a huge score IMO C'mon England

Pakistan still favourites but Buttler & Woakes doing exactly the right thing by counter-attacking. In a lowish run chase it's amazing what a few quick runs can do to the mentality of the fielding side - suddenly every time they look at the scoreboard there's another 20 runs added from nowhere, the bowlers start searching for magic balls & as a result you get more bad balls, the field gets more defensive with more out on the boundary so you can take easy singles. Good game this.

Great batting from Buttler and especially Woakes but Azhar Ali has made some huge captancy ricketts in the last hour or so. No short pitched bodyline deliveries to Woakes unbelievable.
