We have our scheduled meeting with the Club this week, and have added in SB as an agenda item.
What one question would you most like to ask about the proposals ahead of next Tuesday's Council meeting (bearing in mind that we would be focusing on aspects which will affect fan experience and much of the detail will be dealt with further down the line so won't be addressed at this point)? We will put the best questions to Niall at our regular OUSP meeting on Thursday.

Will the football club lose out, or have to pay commercial rate rent, if the stadium holding company is, in the fullness of time, sold off to A N Other?

Mebbe "What provisions are the owners going to put in place to prevent the club losing out if the stadium holding company is, in the fullness of time, sold off to A N Other? While we understand the use of the stadium for sport will be assured under its registration as a community asset, will, for example, the lease between the club and the 'development company' be guaranteed to transfer under the same conditions (including charges) to the new owner of the football club?"

Same question, only less open........
 
What, if anything, from the present stadium, will the club take with them?
 
ooh, installing the North Stand toilets where people can listen to the away team talk would be brilliant. Just don't clean them.

Will the club be paying rent and/ or service charge to the property owning company and on what terms ?

Will the club be in control of all stadium revenues? Or will it be a licence like current arrangement?

Is the ā€œpeppercorn rentā€ mooted going to be put in place and whatā€™s to stop it being torn up whilst club and ground are under then current common ownership?

A question that hasn't been answered yet and people have been sidetracked with the stadium news, has the takeover completed? Is Tiger still the chairman?
 
Would they be looking to build the stadium from sustainable materials or simply as cost-effectively as possible?

Yes but as the steel work wasn't up from the first spell of building work that when it resumed Kassam saved money by not building it and just finishing those already started. Iirc the footings are in place for it.

The whole thing was overshadowed by bad vibes from running out of cash and having to suspend construction for a time. Then it was left unfinished and we discovered the seats were a long way from the pitch, such a change from the Manor.
 
Can we have some clarity between where Oxvox and the Supporters panel sit with this so there is no duplication? Iā€™m an Oxvox member and they seem to be on the ball and well qualified to represent supporters views. Should I be sending my views to you or Oxvox?
