As I believe seat colour and design aren't set in stone yet, due to them being part of the 'aesthetics', what colour and design would you like to see?

I would go for Navy with OUFC written in the stands.

Would just mention that in my opinion not having any "brand identity" with yellow seats or "OUFC" written on the seats is one of the many, many reasons Grenoble Rd never felt like home.

Yeh, definitely. I'm just a bit torn between the seats being in Yellow, as that's our primary colour.

It definitely makes it look like there's more fans in there.

Yellow seats in the top half. Blue seats in the bottom half.

Branding them with badges and whatnot, and then maintaining/replacing them, will be unnecessarily expensive. We’ll have better things to spend our money on.

The one thing I hope doesn't happen is that we buy the Kassam Stadium seats off Kassam for a knock down price. I know it's financially a good idea, but they're old and totally the wrong colour blue.

Genuinely was just thinking about that, i like the idea too.
This is a bit of a odd reference but it reminds me of what they did for the pod racing in the phantom menace, they stuck coloured cotton buds in the set and moved them up and down to make it look like an animated crowd, we could've used that on Tuesday given the kinda low attendance!

I wouldn't be against that if it was yellow and blue only. With white seats to spell out our name etc.

Kassam and knock down price don't really go together unless he's the buyer. It'd probably be cheaper to make every seat an armchair.

There must not be any red anywhere in the stadium whatsoever. Even the fire extinguishers should be a different colour.

Unfortunately, that is not classy to me. Very lower league stuff.

Personally, dark navy seats all over with maybe our club crest (one block of seats only) in yellow in the main stand with 'United' in yellow opposite. The 'United' to be in a font like 'City' at Man City.



Just my taste and not for everyone but I wouldn't want a garish look (those seats) that we would regret and be considered old and behind the times. I've never liked the seat pattern at Brentford and know that some fans there weren't very keen either.

Cannot wait for the boards to go up at the triangle and a f*cking great big sign stating that this site is for the new Oxford United stadium!

Hopefully, the away support at Hull tomorrow with new optimism in our steps leads to an inspiring performance and three massive points.

I think this looks absolutely terrible personally.

Brentford's seat pattern looks "nice" on TV but its horrific from inside the ground, just looks like someone went berserk with kids colouring set.

Prefer the Etihad design style to be fair.

Navy seats with United in yellow and/or Club crest.
